The system for maintenance is about Rs. 60/- per sq ft., which is collected as an advance fee for the 1st year. It is collected by the time of closing of accounts. From the next year, the charges will be levied on a quarterly basis, and it is also payable as an advance amount.
A sum of Rs. 200/- per sq. ft. is used as a Sinking Fund for the super built-up area of houses, and it is deposited in a separate Escrow Account. The remaining amount is used for other major expenses.

The prices will change from time to time, which is subject to the choice of Prestige Group.
