Prestige Group History

Founder

Razack Sattar is the founder of the Prestige Group in the year 1950. He started a small fabric shop and a tailoring shop in Bangalore. Then he later developed the real estate business.

Early Stage

Razack Sattar started Prestige Group as a real estate company in Bangalore in 1986.

Expansion

• Irfan Razack, who is the first son of Razack Sattar, joined the real estate business in the early times.

• Prestige Group gears up to launch Rs 4,000 crores IPO in 2025 for the hospitality arm through a mix of primary & secondary share sale.
• Prestige Group has launched The Prestige City – Indirapuram, which is the first phase of its residential project in Ghaziabad in 2025. The project offers 3,421 flats across 19 towers.
• The company has filed preliminary documents with SEBI in 2025 to launch its public offering to raise Rs. 2700 crores.

Irfan Razack, the Prestige Group Owner, was born on October 30 in 1953. He is a Bangalore- born entrepreneur and is the Managing Director of Prestige Group. He has a wealth of $1.23 billion. He ranks 77th on the 2014 Forbes India Rich List among Indians. He is also the Chairman and Co-Founder of Inventure Academy in Bangalore. He is the Chairman of CREDAI. He is the Honorary Secretary of Al Ameen Educational Society.

Rezwan Razack

Rezwan Razack is the MD of the Prestige Group. He is in charge of the engineering and construction operations of Prestige Group. He started the "Terry Fox Run," which is a fundraising event that supports cancer research in Bangalore. He is a supporter of the Pain Relief and You Foundation, which helps the poor with access to healthcare.

Noaman Razack
